7.Can I get a sample before placing big orders?
- Certainly, we offer 2 free samples; however, you will need to cover the shipping costs.Samples are typically dispatched within 1-3 working days.
8.Is the color of the product on the web images authentic and reliable?
- Due to varying color effects across different monitors, we cannot guarantee an exact match between web images and the actual products. Additionally, color tests on different skin tones may yield varied results. Therefore, we recommend purchasing samples for assurance.
9What is the standard lead time for order delivery?
-For goods in stock: Expect delivery within 2-10 working days. (Please note: Adding your logo requires an additional 5-10 days for customization.)
-For mass production orders: 10-25 working days (Lead times may extend during the peak season.)
10What shipping methods are available and how can I track my order?
